89Sabers - Star Wars ANH Obi-Wan Kenobi Weathered Lightsaber

A stunning cased metal replica of the lightsaber used by Obi-Wan Kenobi in Star Wars: A New Hope. This fantastic lightsaber was made by the talented artisans at 89Sabers. It features installed electronics with cinematic sounds played via a high quality speaker to the base, has a very accurate gyro that can detect clashes and light swing vs strong swing and play different blade noises depending on how aggressively it's swung. The lightsaber does allow a blade attachment (blade not supplied). It's very accurate in build and the quality of machining is excellent, everything fits together nicely. Removing the end cap reveals the electronics chassis, it has a main power switch and a mini-usb connector, the chassis can be removed by unscrewing a retention nut, the long life lithium can be recharged in situ or removed and charged separately (battery charger included). The lightsaber's two hilt switches can power the hilt up and down and the other switch makes blaster deflection noises. We understand these chassis’s can make various other fx noises and play different cinematic/character sounds, on default its set to Obi-Wan. It's supplied in a custom acrylic case with lid that features a mirrored base and four acrylic hilt stands, and comes with a custom metal plaque. Supplied in its original 89Sabers packing box. The lightsaber measures: 285mm x56mm (11.2" x 2.2") at the widest points. The display stand and lid measures: 380mm x 120mm x 130mm (15" x 4.7" x 5.1").
