George of the Jungle 2 - Prop Lion Sign & Artwork

A prop sign and artwork made for use in the 2003 film George of the Jungle 2, starring: Christopher Showerman & Julie Benz.

The sign features an image of a lion head with the text “Mean Lion for King” (voiced by Michael Clarke Duncan) that has been hand painted on red painted wood board, supplied with the sign is an original piece of artwork used to create the sign, the artwork is hand drawn using pencil & black pen, on the back of the framed artwork is a production note that reads: This one is meaner FL (Frank Lopez storyboard artist), Gregg (Gregg Hoffman producer) likes it 2:25pm, David (David Hoberman executive producer) ok’s it 5:45pm 16 July 02, copies to production dept done.

The sign measures: 420mm x 600mm (16.5" x 23.6"), and the framed artwork measures: 215mm x 225mm (8.4" x 8.8").
