A studio art department dragon maquette used in the 1997 movie " Mortal Kombat: Annihilation" starring: James Remar, Robin Shou & Talisa Soto.

This very impressive large maquette was one of two made by the production team that was scanned  to create the CGI dragon that appears in the film when Liu Kang uses his "fatality" move.

The dragon is made from fibreglass and has been mounted on a thick solid wood base, the maquette is very detailed featuring a long tail at the back, talons on the feet along with a menacing and imposing face, the dragon also comes with two wings also made from fibreglass that were never attached, the maquette and wings have been finished in a bronze paint effect.

This stunning maquette measures a very impressive:  51cm x 54cm x 69cm (20" x 21.4" x 27.3"), and the wings each measure: 66cm x 16cm x 6cm (26" x 6.5" x 2.6").

This item comes supplied with a COA (Certificate of Authenticity).
