Delivery Information

At Movie Bits we strongly believe that the service we offer doesn't just stop just at offering great products & customer service, it's also very important to us to offer the best shipping service available to our customers all over the world.

We use three main companies for all our deliveries: Royal Mail, Business Post & FedEx International. The delivery services we offer can be broken down into sections below:


UK Mainland & Highlands & Islands:

For all small items we use Royal Mail's "Recorded Delivery" & "Registered Delivery" services, both require a signature on delivery and either service will be picked depending on the value of the goods ordered and all items sent are insured to their maximum value.

We use "Business Post" couriers for all the larger parcels or high value items for the UK Mainland/Highlands & Islands, and we have found Business Post to be one of the best couriers available within the UK. All deliveries will require a signature on delivery and all items sent are insured to their maximum value.


Europe:

For Europe we can offer three services, the first is via Business Post's excellent "Road Express" service that is a proven and very successful & cheaper alternative to airmail, all Road Express deliveries are made within 5-7 days and are fully insured to their maximum value & will require a signature on delivery.

We can also offer the superb "Express Airmail" option through world renowned couriers "FedEx", as many know FedEx sets the standard that all other couriers try to follow, this for us is the recommended service for all our European & International customers as their service and speed is quite simply amazing. All orders shipped through FedEx are fully insured to their maximum value & will require a signature on delivery. Their online tracking system is also a fantastic service!

For smaller low cost items we use the Royal Mail's excellent "International Signed For" service, this is a very reliable service that utilises the receiving countries "premier" postal system, all deliveries using this service requires a signature on delivery and are fully insured to their maximum value .


America, Canada, Japan & all other International Countries:

We offer the superb "Express Airmail" option through world renowned couriers "FedEx", as many know FedEx sets the standard that all other couriers try to follow, this for us is the recommended service for all our European & International customers as their service and speed is quite simply amazing. All orders shipped through FedEx are fully insured to their maximum value & will require a signature on delivery. Their online tracking system is also a fantastic service!

Please note:

For all International deliveries we do ask that you check with your customs & import policies/law with regards to items like "knifes/swords & guns", even though we don't sell items that are deemed dangerous some of the original props we sell do look real so please double check that its ok to import such items into your country. Movie Bits will not be held responsible for orders that are delayed or seized through customs.
